Roadtrip to my Wedding

February 2, 2010

I was married a little over two years ago to a most beautiful, caring, understanding, and elegant woman named Jillian. Our families are pretty large and the thought of having a wedding close to home with 300+ people in attendance was not what we envisioned for our special day. So, we decided to make it a destination wedding and took off south of the border to a little town called Sayulita just north of Puerta Vallarta. It is a nice little surfing town that still has dirt roads and chickens in the street… but also has the most beautiful pacific coast line anywhere in North and South America.

For me, getting married is a part of the journey that my life is taking me. I am committing the rest of my life to someone and they have joined me on this crazy road we are going down. Before the big event, I wanted to take a road trip from San Francisco, where we were living at the time, down to Sayulita. I enlisted the photographer and close friend (Joe Budd)
